Reduce long cable runs from fixed power sources
Move quickly from one repair point to the next

Supports 2.5–5.0mm electrodes
Powers grinders, cutters and other maintenance tools
All welding models support MMA / TIG, with MIG additionally available on the LW-360.

Welding power directly from the battery
Ideal for elevated and distributed repair points

Allocate independent power to different teams and work areas.
Selected models support battery replacement or parallel expansion for extended operation.
Handles startup loads from grinders, cutters, small pumps and other motor-driven tools.
Protection against jobsite dust and splashing water.
Stable battery power for welding and demanding maintenance work, designed for a service life of up to 8–10 years.
Monitors battery status, over-current, over-temperature and short-circuit conditions.
Choose the ES welding integrated portable power station when both welding and AC tool power are required. For highly mobile welding, elevated work or distributed repair points, the LW battery-powered welder is a better fit. For temporary power to larger tools, pumps and other maintenance equipment, choose the PS industrial portable power station. We can recommend the right configuration based on your loads, operating time and work conditions.
It is particularly suited to distributed repair points, frequent relocation, intermittent welding and work away from fixed power. It eliminates engine idling and reduces onsite refueling and long temporary cable runs. For long-duration, continuous high-load welding at a fixed location, the power solution should be selected according to the actual duty requirements.
Yes. The ES Series combines welding and AC power in one unit, allowing it to support grinders, cutters and other maintenance tools at the worksite. For higher-power temporary loads, a PS Series industrial portable power station can be configured according to the equipment requirements.
Runtime depends on welding current, electrode size, tool power, battery capacity and actual duty cycle. For long-duration or multi-point maintenance, different battery capacities or replaceable battery modules can be configured. Share your welding parameters and equipment loads, and we can recommend a configuration and estimate runtime.
It can support equipment maintenance, shutdown work, piping repair and emergency maintenance. Different areas within oil, gas and petrochemical facilities may have specific equipment safety requirements. Suitability should therefore be confirmed according to the site classification and project safety requirements. Share your work location and operating conditions with us, and we can help select the appropriate equipment.
Yes. Tell us your industry, equipment being maintained, work location, welding process, tool power, voltage and expected operating time. We can configure mobile welding equipment, industrial portable power stations, battery capacity and related power solutions for routine maintenance, shutdowns and emergency repairs.
